House Rules

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your session
• Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale
• All guests entering SuperPark must read and sign the Waiver Form before entry into the Park.
• guests agree not to hold the owners, management and staff of SuperPark Egypt liable for any injury or causality that may be sustained at the park.
• Drugs, alcohol and smoking are forbidden in the park.
• Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a guardian (aged 18+ years) with a regular ticket (sold separately)
• Taking picture or filming someone without her/his permission is prohibited and will lead to legal actions based on Egypt law. Note that the park area is covered with CCTV cameras for safety reasons.
• Damage caused through bad, unruly behavior or misuse of the facilities will be charged to the guest. there is a zero  tolerance for any kind of bullying.
• Please be in your athletics wear or gym outfit for optimum fun and comfort in our park
• No belt buckles, protruding hairpieces, or studs on clothing are permitted
• For some activities, we recommend emptying your pockets entirely
• All electronics and mobile devices and other handheld objects are not allowed on the trampoline mats and padding.

Safety Guidelines

• Proof of birth date may be required upon check-in
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children under their care at all times
• Use of all SuperPark activity stations is at guests’ own risk
• SuperPark adheres strictly to the safety measures set by the local authorities
• SuperPark grip socks are recommended while you are in the park. Ticket prices exclude grip socks
• The Terms & Conditions are intended to be read. Please read each of these documents as they comprise the Conditions of Entry and use of a Ticket constitutes acceptance of the Conditions of Entry
• SuperPark Egypt reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice at SuperPark Egypt’s discretion
• If the park reaches capacity for any event or on a normal day of operating, we reserve the right to close the park to further guests
